At Alena Express, we strive to provide high-quality truck dispatching services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


1. Service-Based Fees

Because our Services are labor-based and performed in real time, all dispatching fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

This includes:

  • Load booking

  • Rate negotiation

  • Paperwork submission

  • Administrative support

  • Consultation or communication performed on your behalf


2. Subscription or Weekly/Monthly Plans

For recurring or subscription-style payments:

  • Refunds are not issued for completed billing cycles.

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us directly.


3. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the billing date.

  • We will investigate and process a correction or refund if applicable.


4. Service Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not issued due to dissatisfaction with:

  • Load availability

  • Market conditions

  • Rate fluctuations

  • Number of loads booked

  • Broker or shipper behavior

These conditions are outside our control.


5. Prepaid Services

If you prepaid for services but did not use them:

  • You may request a partial refund for unused services, minus administrative fees, unless work has already begun.

  • Once load searching or dispatching begins, the service is considered “used.”


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us:

  • May result in service termination

  • May involve evidence submission to the payment processor

  • May incur recovery or administrative fees

We encourage contacting us first to resolve any billing concerns.
