Welcome to Alena Express (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website alenaexpress.us (“Site”) and our truck dispatching and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

1. Services Provided

Alena Express provides independent truck dispatching services, including but not limited to load searching, rate negotiation, paperwork processing, carrier–broker communication, and administrative support.

We act solely as a dispatching service, not a broker or carrier.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Possess valid operating authority (DOT/MC number, if applicable)

  • Be legally allowed to enter a binding agreement

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Carrier Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle(s)

  • You maintain valid insurance, authority, and compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations

  • You will provide accurate information for load booking

  • You will not hold Alena Express liable for operational, mechanical, or legal issues related to your trucking business

4. Payments and Fees

  • Dispatching fees are agreed upon before services begin.

  • Payment must be made according to the chosen plan or agreement.

  • Outstanding balances may result in service suspension until paid in full.

  • Any fees owed remain your responsibility even if you stop using the Services before the end of the billing cycle.

5. Load Booking Authorization

You authorize Alena Express to:

  • Communicate with brokers or shippers on your behalf

  • Complete necessary carrier packets

  • Sign rate confirmations if you have provided written or verbal consent

You maintain full control of which loads you accept.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alena Express is not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, detention, TONU, or service failures by brokers or shippers

  • Cargo claims or damages

  • Driver negligence, accidents, or violations

  • Financial losses or lost revenue

Our liability, if ever applicable, is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in question.

7. No Guarantee of Loads

We do not guarantee:

  • Load availability

  • Specific rates

  • Specific lanes or routes

All load decisions remain the carrier’s responsibility.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with notice.
Outstanding balances and obligations remain due upon termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on alenaexpress.us (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of Alena Express.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alena Express operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
